Chris Seter


Chris is the founder and managing principal of Crossbow Advisors.  Based in New York City, Chris has more than twenty years of commercial real estate, private equity and capital markets experience.  He has spent a number of years representing international pension and private equity firms looking to expand in North America.

Prior to forming Crossbow, Chris held senior management positions at Fortress Investment Group, Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Centerline Capital Group (now C-III).
 
Before moving to New York, Chris was a Director of ABN Amro/LaSalle Bank's loan syndication team in Chicago.  Chris has substantial multi-family investment and property management experience from his days working at an NMHC Top-50 Manager, and has spent numerous years employed in structured finance, securitization, capital markets and investor relations roles.
 
Chris received an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA from The University of Michigan, where he was a scholarship athlete on Michigan's basketball teams from 1987-1992, including Michigan's 1989 NCAA Championship and 1992 NCAA Finalists teams.
