Mr. Purser is a seasoned real estate capital formation executive with over 25 years of experience across institutional fundraising, joint ventures, programmatic equity, strategic structuring, and investor relations. He currently serves as Managing Partner and Senior Advisor to Crossbow Capital Advisors, where he helps guide the firm’s institutional capital strategy, platform structuring, and advisory relationships.
Most recently, Alan was Global Head of Capital Formation at S3 Capital, a vertically integrated real estate private lender based in New York City. At S3, he led institutional fundraising across the firm’s high-yield lending strategies, helping expand relationships with pension funds, consultants, family offices, and global investors.
Previously, Alan served as Global Head of Client Services and Marketing at Stockbridge Capital Group, a $36 billion institutional real estate platform, where he oversaw global investor relations and new business development. Prior to Stockbridge, he held senior leadership roles at Heitman, including Head of Global Consultant Relations and Senior Vice President, Institutional Client Relations, generating over $3 billion in new equity commitments across public and private real estate strategies.
Earlier in his career, Alan worked at Deutsche Bank / RREEF, Buchanan Street Partners, and Prudential CRES/CRESA Partners, where he cultivated capital partnerships and operator relationships and gained deep experience in underwriting, leasing, and asset analysis.
