Mr. Seter is the founder of Crossbow Advisors. Based in Nashville, Chris has more than twenty-five years of commercial real estate, private equity, public REIT, and capital markets experience. He has spent many years working with high-net-worth family offices, international pension funds and private equity firms looking to invest in North America.
Before forming Crossbow, Chris held senior management positions in New York at Fortress Investment Group, Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Centerline Capital Group (now C-III).
Mr. Seter has substantial residential investment, development, portfolio and property management experience and has worked closely with several nationally recognized vertically integrated residential platforms that are active in both multi-family and single-family rental (SFR). This includes multiple partnerships and mandates with several NMHC Top-50 managers.
In addition, Mr. Seter has extensive experience in the origination, structuring, documentation and asset management of multi-tranche, subordinate and structured credit exposures, including extensive CMBS, CRE-CDO and CLO assets and portfolios.
